POLICIES
DAMAGE INSURANCE: There is a $6.95 fee per night for Rental Guardian Insurance. This covers you for any damage which may occur during your stay. Please notify us of any incident, so we may file a claim and make sure everything is in working order for the next guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 2-month cancellation policy. A 50% deposit is due when making the reservation. If you cancel at least 2 months before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. The remaining balance is due 2 months before your arrival date. At that time, your entire reservation becomes non-refundable unless we can re-rent the property for you. For this reason, we strongly encourage guests to secure TRAVELER’S INSURANCE.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If all ferries are cancelled from ALL PORTS on the day of your arrival, you will not be charged for that day. You will be charged for the remainder of your stay if ferry service resumes. Note: This means guests planning to travel on ferries from Long Island or Connecticut may have to drive to Point Judith, Rhode Island. The Rhode Island ferries often run when the New York and Connecticut ferries do not. For this reason, we strongly encourage guests to secure TRAVELER’S INSURANCE.
EARLY DEPARTURE: We realize emergencies happen. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for early departures. For this reason, we strongly encourage guests to secure TRAVELER’S
INSURANCE: In the case of a threatening storm and possible ferry cancellation, we may issue you a credit for unused days. This is at the discretion of the property owners.
OTHER POLICIES:
- Pets are only allowed in our North apartment with
prior approval. $75 extra charge - No smoking inside or near open windows
- No unauthorized events
- No unregistered guests may be on the property between midnight and 7am
- Quiet hours when property is shared: 10pm-9am
